Here we have a wonderful array of organ transplant recipients of all ages,
genders and ethnicities, sharing details about how their transplants changed
their lives. Kidney recipients include Jennifer Cox, Joan Saltsberg,
Floydia Garden and Salvador Escalante (who recorded his story in both
English and Spanish). Heart recipients include the Wests (father/daughter
recipients), Lynda Edwards, Russ Fisher, David Cary (his son Trenton is the
recipient) and Darla Magtibay (who also received two lungs). Liver
recipients include Rosa Carrera, Tina Chin and Sandy Sanders. Lung
recipients include Jeanine Oberholzer and Mike Hyland.
