For more than 50 years, Southwest Transplant Alliance has been honored to serve donor families, transplant recipients, hospital partners, and communities across Texas.

STA is becoming part of Gift of Life Alliance (GOLA), bringing together the legacies of STA and Texas Organ Sharing Alliance under one organization.

While our name is changing, our commitment to the people we serve remains the same.

GOLA will carry forward STA's legacy of innovation, collaboration, and compassionate service while bringing together the experience, expertise, and resources of two organizations united by one purpose: to transform lives through the power of donation.

Together, GOLA will serve more than 19 million Texans and work alongside hospitals, transplant centers, donor families, and communities across the state to create more opportunities for the gift of donation to transform lives.
