Aubrie Butler

Director, Hospital Services

Aubrie Butler serves as the Director of Hospital Services at STA. As director, Aubrie provides stable, thoughtful leadership while guiding strategic initiatives to enhance hospital engagement and continuing to build strong relationships across the organization’s service areas. 

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and relationship management, Aubrie has worked closely with hospital executive teams to navigate complex operational challenges and overcome resistance through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving. 

Aubrie is committed to building high-performing teams, fostering accountability, and advancing a culture focused on donor intent and patient-centered care. As a servant leader, she operates with a mission-first mindset that prioritizes service to donor families, transplant recipients, hospital partners, and one another above personal recognition or authority.

Aubrie is a graduate of STA's Leadership Residency Program and The 7 Disciplines E3 Leadership Academy, and is Lean Six Sigma-trained. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
