Brent Ernst

Director, Organizational Transformation & Project Management

Brent Ernst is the Director of Organizational Transformation and Project Management. In his role, Brent focuses on advancing enterprise-wide execution and organizational alignment; defining and leading the organizational change management strategy and its execution; and overseeing all project management. Brent works with leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment with STA’s mission, strategic goals, and core values.

Brent joined STA over 10 years ago as a Document Control Analyst and has since advanced through several leadership roles. He is a graduate of STA’s 2017 Leadership Residency Program and has continued to strengthen his technical and leadership expertise throughout his tenure.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and has earned his Strategic Project Management certification at Rice University. Brent also earned his Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, along with several additional management certifications.
