National Donor Sabbath (NDS) is an annual three-day observance. This national celebration seeks to include the days of worship for all major religions practiced in the United States. During National Donor Sabbath, we encourage faith leaders and their communities to participate in services and programs to educate their communities about the need for donation, the generosity of the gift, and the importance of registering one’s decision to be an organ, eye and tissue donor.
