Letter From the President: Season of Giving

As we celebrate another impactful year at Southwest Transplant Alliance, I can’t help but feel deeply grateful for all who have joined us on our mission to save lives.

Our theme for 2025 has been the Year of Connection, and I am so thankful you have chosen to connect with us. This year, we focused on strengthening relationships with our partners, engaging with our communities, and deepening our commitment to the families we serve.

One of our most meaningful moments of connection came with the unveiling of our Tree of Remembrance in STA’s Donor Memorial Garden. Through four Celebration of Life Ceremonies, we honored more than 1,300 donor heroes alongside their families, who gathered to see their loved one’s name engraved on a personalized Legacy Leaf - a powerful symbol of hope, healing, and gratitude. These moments of reflection remind us why our mission matters so deeply.

Every day, we see the power of connection between donors and recipients, grief and hope, and families whose lives are forever linked through one selfless act. Your generosity makes these moments possible. It provides comfort and care for donor families and helps ease the burdens faced by transplant recipients and their loved ones.

As the year comes to an end, I invite you to make a financial contribution in support of our lifesaving mission. Your gift helps us honor donor heroes, support families in need, and inspire our community to embrace the gift of life.

Together, we are creating a future where more lives are saved, and more families find healing through the power of donation.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Bradley L. Adams
