Jason Vodek

Director, Family Services

Jason Vodek is the Director of Family Services at STA. In his role, Jason leads a team dedicated to educating and caring for families of organ donor heroes and patients awaiting lifesaving organ transplants. Collaborating with clinical operators and hospital partners, Jason leads cross-departmental programming to maximize the gift of donation while ensuring patients and loved ones are treated with compassionate care and guidance.

With over 14 years of healthcare experience, Jason brings a wealth of expertise as a leader and innovator. Prior to his role at STA, Jason worked for multiple start-ups, small to medium-sized businesses and even started his own company, driving growth and operational excellence. Now, as director, Jason leverages his previous experience to develop, implement, oversee and evaluate all programs and services in STA’s family services department.

Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Jason received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and began his professional career in Dallas shortly after graduation.
